• Shipping Policy: Delivery time is 5 – 7 working days.

• Return/ Exchange of Product: Return / Exchange can be processed only for damage, or stitching issues. Returns within 10 days from the date of delivery of the order for most of the products.

 

• Please ensure while returning, the product and the packaging are in the same condition as it was delivered. We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request. 

 

• Refund Cancellation: credit the amount to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days 

 

• There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.
